I never knew this feature exist, for no reason my VDJ started looping forward and i couldn't figure out why, it totally sucked! this post was a life saver I thought my vdj had a glitch or something. thanks!

I haven't used smart loop too in depth (cue me now using it more frequently thanks to your video!!). But I definitely feel like backward looping makes more sense. Even if we've heard a song 1000+ times (Usher - Yeah, which still rocks after 17 years of being released!) and we know what's next in the musical sequence, it's still safer to go with a backloop because we can pinpoint with precision EXACTLY what's about to be looped!! Great vid dude!! 😃

I'm a forward looper, I think I would struggle changing. I'm so used to starting the loop as soon as the verse ends, so having to wait four or eight beats would be a big switch. Something to practice I suppose. Thanks for watching!

I use 2,4,6,8,16 and sometimes,32... I like the backwards loop.

Im trying to edit the bpm beat anchors from an old record i ripped. Its a bloody nightmare,its alot better but Still not good enough to make a house remix. ANYONE GIT ANY TIPS,HOW TO DO IT BETTER,QUICKER ?

Man one more question.. When you sync 2 tracks and you make something like a mashup, is it possibile to change the tempo of both tracks simultaneously? Cuz I can’t find an easy way to do it Thank you

Sorry, just seeing this. Activate PITCH LOCK. When you do this, and use the SYNC button, not only will it sync the BPMS, but it will lock the two pitch sliders together. You can then change tempos by just raising or lowering one pitch fader.
