Can you tell us if there is a ‘mute all’ feature that the moderator can leverage during the webinar in case folks are loud and fail to mute themselves?

Hi, when setting up the webinar you can choose if the attendees can speak or not: if you select cannot speak they will be muted all through. Then regarding the speakers & hosts, you cannot mute/unmute them, but can let them know through a moderator chat only speakers will be able to access.

@@Livestormapp thank you. What if I want to unmute attendees later in the meeting during Q and A? Is that possible during the live webinar? Also, is there a ‘raise hand’ feature we can leverage to identify folks who have questions?

@@missmonicabassi in the case of a meeting, the raised hand feature is available and people can use the Q&A feature to write questions or join the stage and unmute themselves.
