I'm 38 years old and I just started taking working out seriously and I made my channel to hold myself accountable. I started off at 155lbs I'm currently 167 and my goal is 180-200 lbs. I want more southpaw videos, I love your videos but I don’t find many southpaw drills or stance combos. Im always following along and got to flip the orthodox style. But the southpaw section in this video made it easier for me to visualize.

I got a question. When you slip to right at 7:41. Where do you place your left hand? Down by side and protect your chin with shoulder or hand by your left chin? Placing left hand by chin makes me having to slip more and placing my left hand down feels a bit unsafe. 😅

generally you place the left hand on the chin, if you see a right hand coming you can actually raise the left hand for extra protection (but don't do this unless you need to). Some fighters who are really good can drop the left hand because this gives them more speed, but's its risky to do this for beginners. Keep it on your chin for the most part.

İ asked this question on the last video but i guess you didnt saw that. İs there anything that i can do by myself about flinching? İ live alone and i dont go to any boxing gym

I think i answered it by responding with a video link. You need a partner of some kind to throw light punches at you, then you focus forward on your opponent. If you are by yourself there isn't much you can do about flinching other than just practicing to focus forward.. You need controlled practice with a partner

Try to reflect on what's working and what's not, where you are having success and where you are stuggling or getting hit. Then make adjustments based on that. It's really going to come down to awareness. The stance itself isn't an issue until you can pinpoint where it has become an issue.
