Hey Alex and Jesse! Love the video. Great job. After buying in Montrose sight unseen and spending the last 2 years absorbing the vibe of Minnesota, I’m thinking about trading up. I want my kids to go to Wayzata high school after they finish 9th grade at Delano this summer. Let’s chat about it after I wrap on several of my ongoing productions.

I don’t live far from Wayzata. It’s an awesome suburb. Has a rich flavor to it at least in my opinion. I don’t know how to describe a Wayzata other than rich flavor and been by Lake Minnetonka/Tonka Bay
