My aerospace engineering college has these virtual fly flight simulators, my group went on them the other day. I'm currently in flight training to get my PPL and I can tell you this is the highest quality simulators you can get without a doubt on my mind. I'm saving up for to buy one myself.

Hi, I see no lag between the inner and outer screens, in Xplane there is a lag with 2 pc’s in a network, so assuming this is 1 pc, 1 GPU can have only 4 outputs, so again assuming you use 2 graphic cards to get more outputs, even though multi GPU is not supported by Xplane. If I am correct then this is a hell of a machine. Perfect aligned screens by the way, congratulations!

Most companies that sell this kind of hardware don't list their prices. However, Virtual Fly actually does list the price on their website. As of this comment, the current price for the DUO SIM is €52569.
