Rice is very dense so it is great way to add resistance to your hand strength workout. Not to mention, it also works the brain by stimulating the sensory + motor systems. Thank you for this hand strengthening video - I play the violin this might really help me with playing. I dislocated my middle finger on my left hand and really need to work the joins so I have better movement.

Thank you! I’m going to try these exercises. I am recovering from a fall from 7 months ago. I fractured my left ulnar bone which has completely healed. But my fingers are still feeling stiff & not as limber. These exercises will be helpful!

Same as me.. am recovering from a fall 4months ago... my wrist fractured is quite okey but the problem is my fingers on my left hand.. there's stiffness occurred

I've been trying to find a video like this for a while to strengthen my wrist. I had a doctor tell me to do this with warm rice though, and said to microwave it... is that possible thought, would that not ruin the rice? Would i be able to stick the rice as you have it in the container in the microwave to heat it up?

How safe is it for a 60 year old woman to shower after breaking lower radius and ulna? The cast came off a week ago and I have been doing some of your helpful exercises for a couple of days. Thank-you!

If your doctor took your cast off and said you don't need a splint or brace then you should be able to shower. However if you frequently fall or are unsteady then talk to your doctor about that! You definitely do not want to break anymore bones! 🙏

@@VirtualHandCare Thank-you. I can't drive for medical reasons. I hired a care aide and she is helping me. Your exercises are helping. I'll ask my doctor about a brace.
