What a pair of Darwin's! It doesn't occur to either them that they could so easily trip and fall onto the Rails right in front of the Loco. I'm quite sure the Crews are aware of this and yet they have to tolerate it as well as a undergoing a momentary 'heart in their mouths' situation. However, another great Grab-Bag, thank you.

It takes an hour until the crew puts the train back together. 12:43 fast freight trains in La Plata 13:08 some old freight car liveries 13:54 Another fast train through La Plata. @@bobsmith9947 yes sir it does, air lines snap apart, PTC will put the train into emergency
@kennethhanks6712 Жыл бұрын
@john stafford As soon as your air lines part the loss of air pressure in the train line will immediately automatically place any and all separated parts of the train into emergency. Any cycling of a stop signal to the brake system thru the PTC would lag behind what the brake system has already performed and could do no more except be a redundant back up but might aid in determining WHY train went onto emergency.
