Virtus, there have been to many things you said would become a series, but you haven't done yet. E.g: Post Processing, Materials

could you attach these to the character pawn and have them move with the player and then maybe change with triggers to save on performance?

Thanks for your video! It helps alot. But I have a question that is there anyway to give the Post Processing to specific mesh?

2:37 ........ just in case anyone gets stuck like i did: if you DON'T choose "infinite extent", then you won't see any effect, unless your camera is inside the PostProcessVolume box!

thanks for tip
@Dazzer12345674 жыл бұрын
@@denisdelinger3265 So yeah, to be clear, what matters (for seeing the effect) isn't if your object is in the box, but whether the CAMERA is in the box ........... that had me stumped for a while .......

These lessons are PERFECT! you did a better job at explaining the previous chapter on lighting than some of the top training sites!!! I looked for a link on the Post processing series but can't find it - do you have one yet? if not, PLEASE do the same for POST PROCESSING!!!

How can you change the post process blend weight from a float variable in a blueprint? For example if the players health goes down the blend weight goes up therefore creating the illusion you are actually dying. Anyone know?

Virtus! Your videos are amazing! I have two questions for you, well, a few actually. First, is there a way to create characters in Fuse and import them into Unreal Engine 4 without them looking ugly or distorted? Secondly, is there a way to set up animations for that custom character so they are proportionate, and the do the normal animation without them looking like they don't fit the mesh or the casual of the viewport? Another, is that for some reason, when I follow your magic character set up, for some reason, the key binding doesn't work, I followed everything but Z doesn't work, infact, the whole animation doesn't go. Something I'm missing? And lastly, the one I'm pumped for. When are we going to use the maps we downloaded!!! I wanna use those super cool maps we had? From the beginning for the tutorial series? If you could answer this, that would be fantastic! Keep it up my guy! I love these videos! You help soooooo muuuchhhh!

Kind of a misleading thumbnail. Games don’t look like that without post p, that’s a black and white filter.
