i have question in 14:05. when character go into the pain actor, amor bar is graudually decrease and health bar decrease same. however, in my screen, my health bar become Zero really quick . My armor bar doing well, but health bar is problem. how can i fix it?

The character was not moving for me when importing it in Unreal Engine 5.3. I fixed it by going to Edit -> Project Settings -> Input and then, under Action Mappings, I added Jump and Crouch and under Axis Mappings I added MoveForward (with 2 keys: key W with scale 1.0 and key S with scale -1.0), MoveRight (with 2 keys: key D with scale 1.0 and key A with scale -1.0), Turn (Mouse X and scale 1.0) and LookUp (Mouse Y and scale -1.0).

Thanx for this video. Question: This Blueprint are only a diferent "layer" of the real code right? A diferent view form. Is it possible to make something with bkueprits and than sho the real text code and make chance, flip for and bck with real code and blueprint workflow? So what i whant is something like in Excel - i want recording something (this is the blueprint part) and after i want go in the code and make chance thinks direct. So i dont want to write handwrite code, this should be make the enginetool BUT i want be able to chance the text code by hand. Is this possible? (I want both Blueprint + the real code behind) Thx for the answer.

can you help me my friend with the reload system, the weapon reload every time i press the button reload, so i want disable the reload action when no bullets, when fire bullets, and when i have max bullets or reload and not fire not reload again, how can i fix that?? what variables i neeed to make? out of ammo? no reload? thank you so much.

also i have another issue i cant seem to load in assets the way you do too. i got some assets from the store. when i try to load them in it tells me they is an error in upload i can only use them if i add them to the project before opening the file. which means im a dumb arse and dont know how to move said files from those asset folders into the ones i want them in so i know where they are. sorry im a complete noob to this and your videos are really helping but at the same time i feel very much scratch your head moments

i have a problem i used the survival tutorial video series for this with just the skeletal arms and come across an error. my guess is i need to change out the arms for a full skeleton in order for this to work.

Why can't I see my actions under the input section? (3:56) I'm using a recent version so maybe something extra has to be done or something.

When I first opened the unity engine, the first thing I wanted to make was an fps game where beans (the players) shot each other.

When you pressed the play button and the actor dropped into the map...how did you do that? Every time I press play, the camera just sits there until I press escape. Thank you for the work you put into this video!

my VR controllers of VR pawn are not moving in the project file. I'm using the VR preview mode and it's working in a new project file. I checked the blueprint, the settings, but I have no idea why the hands are not moving at all.
