Viscerafest - Title Screen [Viscerafest OST]

I've been hard at work recently on the soundtrack for Viscerafest by Acid Man Games. It's an indie Retro styled FPS in the vein of classics like Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, and more! You play as Caroline, a bounty hunter tracking down the warlock Cromune with the goal of collecting his ransom! Coming early 2019!

This music makes me think of an alternate universe where Quake 2 was made by a bunch of Amiga Demoscene coders and musicians and I couldn't love that beautiful image more even if I wanted to. Civvie sold me on this game already, but listening to this OST now I'm 100% positive this is gonna be my favorite game of 2021!

This is so good it makes no sense. I sincerely hope you get to work on more projects and it spreads far and wide. The music you make which stretches in different directions than metal is especially interesting. Your QC character tributes are some of my favorite tracks of all time.

This theme is probably the most iconic out of the new retro FPS series (Dusk, Ion Fury, Amid Evil, Prodeus, Nightmare Reaver, Viscerafest) EDIT: Hulshult's doing the soundtrack for 3d Realms' new retro FPS Wrath. The trailer theme is probably my second favorite.

Yeah, it's strange, it seems like nobody want's to make a memorable theme song anymore, which was the first thing I wanted to do. To me, the identity of a lot of those old school fps games was so closely tied to their theme's that it's hard to separate the song from the game, alot of the new games have great ost's overall, but none of them have that one stand out track that'll get stuck in your mind as being the thing that just pops into your head when the game is brought up.
