The unknown tensions in our abdomen play a key role in how our digestive system works. In this video, Jill demonstrates down regulation for digestive regulation, using passive massage or gentle sustained compression. The gastrointestinal system is also known as the second brain. The vagus nerve has tentacles reaching down into the viscera (organs), especially our sensitive digestive system. Follow along, take your time, breath deep and listen to your body.

These are very useful and helpful! Thx. What I also like about these is the deep tactile pressure applied to the skin and body applied by the balls; sensory integration, yeah!

You can use a rolled up towel or soft blanket in place of a Coregeous ball for the mean time.
