I definitely adore the satins from Viseart. You get the pigment and the colour payoff, without sparkles falling all over your face or harsh creasing. I often use them like I would matt shades. They also do have high shine formulas and they look lovely tapped in the middle of the lid. I have ageing, hooded AND oily lids and the older I get, the more I appreciate Viseart for how they never let me down. Bonus points for their compact packaging. My large collection takes up very little space 👍🏻

I got my Charmeus a few weeks ago and I love it soooo much. I was on the fence about Mario’s Ethereal Eyes and that one and I didn’t want to get both. I ultimately felt like I could dupe a lot of the shimmer/topper shades from Mario’s, (which was the main reason I wanted it), and ended up with the Viseart. Sooo glad I went with it. That blackened/teal/red duochrome alone was worth it for me.

That’s a tough choice, but I do prefer the more smokey factor in Charmeuse over Ethereal Eyes. The sparkly toppers are lovely, but I do love the metallic finish from Viseart 😮‍💨

When I used it on me, I couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror. It’s so elegant. I have both Charmeuse & Mario Ethereal and I love Charmeuse on me. I think I look better with cooler leaning tones because I feel the same way about ND Glam palette.

I always go back to viseart and nearly always love how my eyes look when I wear these palettes. Particularly these types of tones, along with the neutral browns and shimmers/Metalics in all their glory!

I have both of these and was reminded by how great Viseart quality is. 18 hour wear without any primer. I'm using the lightest matte shade as an all over, and adding from there. Vespertine makes my eye color brighter. And I get compliments every time I wear that palette. Not on my makeup, but on my eyes. The new Cashmerie mattes have the slightest red undertones in the browns, which makes them different from anything I have. I wonder if that teal shimmer would be a good liner. I love these palettes too. You look gorgeous in all of these looks. Thanks for the video and Happy Holidays!💚

I love viseart. I agree I love the different intensities with the shimmer, metallics and satins. There were some that would poo poo viseart for not having ultra shiny shades. Similar to an indie brand I guess. Like it was a flaw in their formulas. Lol

I REALLY wonder what I'm doing wrong now. They look magnificent on you! Yet I own two Viseart palettes (not these two, but also purple shades) and I just can't get them to work for me. They look patchy & muddy on the eye, crumble & disappear after mere minutes. They also look nothing like the colour in the pan, for example the plum in my London palette looks like a red bruise on my eye... Urgh, I guess they're just not for me :(

Maybe try one of the petite fours in neutrals- like praline or chocolate- take time to blend and build up slowly. I love this formula! But certain colors definitely do not suit me.

If you use a primer, maybe that could be it? I use a thin thin thin layer of Estee Lauder Double Wear applied with a brush. I don't like those primers in a tube, they go on too thick/wet on me and I get patchy slob regardless of eyeshadow brand. Viseart (on me) need a slight grip (the primer) and will go on nicely and stay long. Don't know if that helps, but GL with it.

I use Tarte Shape Tape in my skin tone color and set it lightly with a powder Givenchy to give the concealer a smooth finish 🎉so when I apply my Viseart shadows they blend like a dream. It leaves it so super smooth soft no patches I only use a little shadow on my brush they are really pigmented and I can always build up the color. I use mainly the shape tape but I have used Elf, Mac and Macs painterly paint pot and Lancome’s concealer too. I like Shape tape because once it’s on it doesn’t budge through oils and sweat 😅
