Thanks for your presentation beautiful.. please I have a question, I'm in a country in Africa where we eat heavy food as a young person living with my parents at the same time on this Journey will the heaviness of the food affect my awakening?🙈 And also please just today after practicing nasal cycling and alternate nostril breathing and some little stretches of the spine, I tried to rest. Whiles sleeping, then boom I felt heavy crack in my spine so I was dieing in my sleep and was very weak so I force my self to wake up then I was okay till now. I don't understand what happened to me

I love it. A few days ago I was holding a krya looking up at the ceiling and was seeing dark blue and purple splotches on the ceiling with my NORMAL eyes lol. Another day I closed my eyes a second and saw this intense neon green, later heard a bubble popping sound in my head 2 days ago during my session but it didn’t hurt or impair me but I’d like to know what it was. I feel like I’ve advanced consciousness since starting but I’ve been spiritual doing meditation daily and did the self shadow psyche and released the negative holding me back. So 2 years into spirituality before I started the k yoga. I’m happy, but grounded. I just feel like I’m in a good place. If I’ve had the awakening I haven’t had said bad effects, and I’ve always had the 6th sense and my pineal opened about 6 months ago. If I did have it but didn’t have the crazy sensations some do like psychosis how will I know?

Lovely video however Kundalini does not travel through the body. That is Prana or Chi and Tantra energies. Kundalini energy travels through the sushumna. Kundalini activation energy is Prana and Tantra. these are the energies that can awaken the Kundalini Energy. So much mis teaching about this these days. Oh by the way the "ripples" are called Spontaneous Kriyas that are caused by Pranic energy.

Exactly. kundalini doesn’t come from energy outside of yourself it comes from unity of one’s own will surrendered to source. And then building your field to increase your ability to hold it. I’m not a detractor of my wonderful former colleague here I want success for everyone who deserves it, and to have a deserved platform to spread some poetry, insight, music and beauty. But also, it takes many years to express and hold the kind of energy described in this video. I’ve been around Tantric masters for much of my training. It’s important to remember in these times of peak experience chasing, Nothing comes for free. It’s an important topic that needs to be very carefully addressed, and understood before one engages. If you are feeling that ripple, it means that the energy is coming from outside of yourself that rolling Effect comes from being in the presence someone who is holding avatar level energy, is described as something much different in occult and esoteric literature.If we are living very worldly lives, it is difficult to maintain that kind of field. To have that experience of getting to that true divine union one must be unified in the self and know one’s self. To hold this kind of energy described here would mean that the person needs to be meditating for 3 to 5 hours a day at least. Spoken from experience from the true experiences I’ve had. I would be curious to know where that energy is in fact coming from. It sounds very powerful.

Agreed it’s important to discern the energy behind something. Exploitation is a key theme in our times. Sacredness cannot come about when there is an element or even a seed there of someone or something being exploited. Exploitation in our modern times takes things out of context, and also can cause burn out when people are exposed in ignorance to teachings or dynamic energy practices that either are being misused, misappropriated, or are straight up snake oil.
