This video gave me a shock. In fact I was searching for some home design for that I was watching different videos and accidentally come across with this video, but its cost is little on the higher side,and it doesn’t look like a 55 lakhs home.

@@Indieprints I appreciate your insights, but I think we need to reconsider the calculations based on the materials used. Full teak and plav, along with the plumbing section that includes ASTM pipes for the pressure pump in the toilets and kitchen, significantly affect the costs. Additionally, the interiors feature full WPC with PU and a cane finish, plus high-quality Hafele stainless steel hinges. It's unlikely that we can complete everything for 5 lakhs, especially with an 18 ft gate made of HPL sheet. I suggest we take a closer look at the specifications rather than relying solely on the 30-minute video. Thank you!

Dont think like the sqft area is the main criteria to take the estimate. The materials used will change the cost of the project.

@@coaxgroup1125 ഭായ്.. എന്റെ ഫ്രണ്ടിന്റെ വീട് 2850 sqft ഉണ്ട്. ഇതിലും നല്ല ഡിസൈൻ. നല്ല മരങ്ങളും, ഗ്ലാസ്‌ ഫുൾ length വിൻഡോ, ഇന്റീരിയർ, ലാൻഡ്സ്‌കേപ്..എല്ലാം കൂടി 57 to 60lkh തന്നെ ആയിട്ടുള്ളു. വീട് ഇതിലും നല്ല ഭംഗിയുണ്ട്. എഞ്ചിനീയറെ വെച്ച് പ്ലാൻ വരപ്പിച്ചു. അത് മാത്രം. അവൻ തന്നെ പണിക്കാരെ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു, അവന്റെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിൽ പണി കഴിപ്പിച്ചു.ഒരു ആർക്കിടെക്ടിനെയോ, എഞ്ചിനീയറെയോ വീട് പണിക്ക് ഏൽപ്പിച്ചാൽ ഇതല്ല, ഇതിന്റെ ഇരട്ടിയാകും.

Additionally, the height of the columns has been raised to 7 ft, which will affect the reinforcement specifications compared to a standard footing. The car porch has required an investment of around 3 to 4 lakhs, and the built-up area of 1650 sq. ft. reflects the unique requirements of this project. It's important to note that plumbing is handled differently, using a pressure pump and higher-quality PVC materials. Moreover, the interiors and furniture budget is approximately 10 lakhs, and even the gate, which is 18 ft wide, costs around 1 lakh. Given all these factors, it’s unrealistic to expect the project to be completed within a 30 lakh budget. I hope this helps clarify the genuine costs involved. Thank you for your understanding.

Why would I want to hate on you, I don't even know you, my speculations were due to the fact that I recently finished my home in trivandrum occupying 2400sqft and the total cost including interiors came up to 68.5 lakhs, so I felt this is irrational considering 1650sqft Sure a lot of terrain related expenses can occur, pls try to mention that so the average viewer can get an idea, anyway cheers
