I have had Lancashire cheese and it is fantastic. So good. I took a trip to Manchester and found a man selling it at like a farmers market. It reminded me of sharp cheddar cheese from Wisconsin only yellow white in color and not orange yellow. This cheese was SO good. That's why I was thinking about it right now and searched for it on KZbin.

I'm also exiled abroad for the time being, I left a perfectly good Bob's Nob in the fridge at home, which has been devoured by my cheese loving wife and sons. Oh heck!

Lancashire cheese is the best great on sandwiches with onion, tomato or pickles, Great Toasted and my favourite made in a Lancashire Cheese and Onion and Potato Pie.
