There's been a sign erected on Preston dock declaring that the council are working on ways to clear the smelly toxic green algae in the dock, the sign has been there for 25years to my knowledge, and the algae is still there, you need to spend some of the profit you made from the dock to get rid of the algae, you know like they did in Salford dock.
