In haste we put in the wrong departure date. What happens? We accidentally put in the date arriving in Mexico instead of the date leaving Mexico. It gave us a barcode but that info will be wrong. Paid their money though….

You could reach out to their support team at this email: [e-mail] I’ve seen other travellers on Reddit say they’ve had their dates adjusted by support at that email, so hopefully they correct it for you. Worst case scenario you just have to pay for another one.

The official guidance is “international tourists,” so I would assume everyone but Mexican citizens.

If you feel safe giving your passport and cc number to anything in website..what's up to you..not me..got back from Cancun Dec.16th 2024..Nobody is paying this tax..
