My nearest hero showroom, in arlem, goa is faltu ..... Staff dont approach u, complains are not taken care of properly, Staff are not trained well to handle customers, while sitting in the showroom i so so many customers with complain....my sis got a zoom, with the whole list of complains, some were resolved under warrenty some are still panding ..... They never called back to follow up, i had shown my interest for xtream 160 nd xpulse but not even one approach to upsell or sell their products .....hero is coming up with good products but showroom are not making justice to the product....
