Be sure to stop by and see my friend Chef Isaic Agard and tell him Good Afternoon! I've known him for years and he's always been a good friend from the very first time I met him and so talented too. This was some of the freshest seafood I've had.

WOW!!!! Chef Hiro San. It is so awesome to see what a great inspiration you are so so many people. I remember the makisu he signed for you. He is also a great chef, he sure made some onolicious dishes. He is so spot on when he said "if you need to learn how to filet a fish... watch Hiro's videos." Chef Hiroyuki Terada is a great awesome, and top-class chef and an awesome, one-of-a-kind humble man.

My fav sushi chef worked at a place off Convoy in San Diego. His name is Taco. He is from Japan. But he moved up north. His dishes looked just like the ones in the video. Huge portions and absolutely delicious. And if I was there when he cut up the fish, he would salt and grill up the bones. So good!

At first I was like...that spicy ahi salad was so mainlandish. Then his other dishes... he's pretty decent. Granted i'm spoiled being that we got the Ahi and other fish shaking as it is being served to us LOL... yes I've eaten Ahi and Aku straight off of my hook from our boat with salt water as seasoning lol... but that chef knows what is going on. I'd like to try that place out. But chef Hiro will always be my Hero.

I love your KZbin channel. Can you do a video on what all raw fish we can make sushi with. But using frozen raw fish we can get from most stores. Kroger is the only place I’m close to that has ok seafood. I love salmon and tuna. I’ve been making sushi for past couple years has a hobby. I want to learn about more raw fish I can use.
