I love that as time goes on, Hiro has been been opening up and telling stories more often without prompting. The guy has a fantastic skill and knowledge of his craft, and it's fun to hear about his experiences.

Master Sushi Chef Hiro is a true artist when it comes to visual effect of his food. Please make one episode where he will show pieces of his (and other chefs that he admires) art of Sushi, which he finds the most beautiful and inspiring. I would be so grateful to see that!!! Needless to say, Cameraman with his intros, camera angles and music in the background deserves at least the equal amount of glory! ❤

So I work in meat department and seafood next to us was getting rid of Faroe Island salmon due to ordering too much and sales not happening. So reduced it 6 dollars off a pound. I bought 2 pounds and sliced them into fillets and froze them. Made sushi platter out of them. Was amazing. I can only imagine what you would feed me hiro. I'm jealous af! Keep going!

Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is truly a living legend. All it takes is one of his plates of Sushi, or Sashimi, and I am headed to my favorite, local, Sushi Bar. Chef Terada is the inspiration for so many Chefs in our Country (USA). We, the patrons, come out as as the winners. Thank you, Chef Terada.

Hiroyuki, What a beautiful diverse masterpiece. I have no doubt that in Japan, at the right restaurant, people would pay easily between 25 and 50$ apiece, maybe more for them. They represent not only your preparation skills, but the knowledge of what blends with what! That is why you have a PhD in Sushi. Cheers, Rik Spector

I regularly visit buffets in different cities around the states. Before I go to a buffet, I will place 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. After entering the buffet, I sneak the corndogs into some of the fried food section trays. It is such a joy for me to see other customers of the buffet eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buffet.
