The relationship between the US and Puerto Rico is like the girlfriend that gives you everything, theres no need to get married (Statehood)

“We are a colony we are an island surrounded by water and we don’t produce 90% of the things we consume.” Get in line fella you’ve just described every single one of the western countries that speak English.

So, do I get this right? Are the Puerto Rican people like the Palestinians of the USA? Come on! This só not OK, dear people! Man..., this is like our Israeli mates run Palestine. Mates should call eachother out, because that’s what mates should do. Well, this is such an issue too.
@fritzstammen45357 ай бұрын
The vast majority of Puerto Rican s don't want independence. The situation is bad, but Puerto Ricos future is uncertain for more complex reasons then just the actions of the US government. However I appreciate your sentiment, especially the fact that you approach the people you oppose as your mates, the world would be better off if everyone saw the humanity in their opponents.

That’s just the way old San Juan looks because all of the Hispanic countries have the look of Spain,the rest of Puerto Rico looks very different,these are facts.

With the difference Cuba 🇨🇺 it's a independent nation not a exploited colony.
@newton-pasteur Жыл бұрын
@@sangreyagua1871 olvidó mencionar la diferencia más grande. En Puerto Rico nadie se muere de hambre como lamentablemente pasa en Cuba por culpa de un régimen dictatorial.

@@newton-pasteur Cuba isn’t struggling because of the communists but instead from the Americans. But their life expectancy is higher than the U.S. that doesn’t happen when people are starving.

@@Pseudostu you should go and live there then. Very easy living in your capitalist and democratic country.

Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 is a colony and such are exploited and neglected, a possible solution would be independence, but then will probably would be sanctioned as Cuba 🇨🇺

sorry but you should do a bit more research, they were well regarded "killed off" but never followed up on, unsurprisingly,they were many people who lived hidden, so, we ate still here!
