The 'Historic Botanical Gardens' called 'Cypress Gardens' are now part of the LEGOLAND.
LEGOLAND has taken great care to preserve the soul of the park. The historic gardens established more than 75 years ago.
Thirty-nine of LEGOLAND Florida’s 150 acres make up the historic Cypress Gardens. Originally opened in 1933, Cypress Gardens (which has retained its name), became famous for its gigantic Banyan Tree.

That is a beautiful poem. All things that are truly beautiful are made by God and a tree is one of them. When I look at a tree I see God's work, and all trees glorify God in their own way. I imagine that thousands of years ago, whole communities/tribes of people would live under the Banyan Tree since it gives shelter and you can build rooms linking one dropped root from the other. This tree grows for indefinitely if you let it. The trunks drop new roots which pierce the ground and branches on top of the branch sprout new leaves, the cycle continues until you have something that looks truly magical. Yet there's no magic here, just the pure art of God.

I read about the BanyanTree in the Bhagavad Gita, until you mention it’s raining I thought there was a water fall near by and you are right it felt more tranquil hearing the rain fall. I will surely go and visit the Cypress Garden the next time I visit Florida. Thank you.

Grew up in Boca Raton Florida, there were many of these big Majestic Banyan trees around town. Unfortunately most of them are no longer there.

Many years ago i had a dream that i was such forest. I awoke so mystified because i was sure it was a real place. Years later i found a picture of my dream in an old Black and white Encyclopedia. Many years later i found the page between the sheets of another book of mine, and looked it up and here it is! Just as incredible as my dream. How did this happen? Thats mystical.

All I can see is tree monster people peeling out of it and then attacking. Wow, I have watched way too many movies growing up. The Last Jedi never had tree monsters in it. (Though it still sucked!). Through rain, sleet, snow, pandemic, riot, or Tuggs tugging on his shirt, Jay presses on for all of us. Our hero!
