The Cardenas class is the first four-nacelled ship that has ever done it for me, and I REALLY like it. Others have looked sort of tacked on, or nestled into each other to look like a two-nacelled ship. This is, essentially, a Starfleet X-Wing ship, and it's lines and balance are beautiful.

What the different materials mean: - NX: Enterprise - Walker: Walker - DSC1-5: DSC ships (each one is applicable to a different ship from DSC from the Shepard, Cardenas, Engle, Nimitz, Hoover, Malachowski, and Magee classes) - Crossfield: Crossfield - Type 0: TOS - Type 8: TMP - Type 8b: Later TOS films and the TMP ships in DS9 - Type 2: TNG - Types 1&3: DS9 and VGR (The Prometheus has a darker version of Type 1) - Type 5: 2409 ships - Type 6: T5 2410 ships (the Eaglemoss Oddy comes with a grey version of this; Type 6b) - Type 7: T6 2410 ships (the Vizor comes with a iridescent version of this; Type 7b) - Type 4: Was previously used in the place of type 5 for 2409 ships but is no longer. - Intel: Intel ships - Upgrade: applicable to all T6 post NEM ships - Veteran: applicable to all post NEM ships. - Fleet 1, 2 also exist and are There's also a Fleet 3 for some temporal ships. - There's another type 8 that's a temporal material (the Ent J has version of this). - Ship bound ones like the Avenger, KT Conni, Dreadnought, Vesta, NX refit, Wells, Aeon, and Verne all exist as well and are fairly obvious what they belong to. And the four Dyson materials The naming and availability of the materials is classic Cryptic. It makes no sense and is all over the place.

I really like this ship.... on so many levels. However, considering its physical size and its turn rate, it feels WAY to slow. If it was the size of an Enterprise D, it wouldn't feel wrong. I almost have the same feeling for the Gagarin/Shepard Class, it's a great ship but its diminuative size makes it feel like it should turn faster than it does!

Dyson shield array kinda looks like light simmering through the water on a smooth sand surface, if that makes sense.

I honestly hate that the bussard collectors don't change in the least, on both looks for that ships engines. To me it throws off the look of very shield visual put on it.
