Hello Mam..this is Namarta from Amritsar. I started reading your book 'The Beauty Diet' a couple of weeks ago. life changer...I want to say. I am a pre medical student so cnt afford all the changes right now but I have started turning away from all the food evils mentioned in the book :-) I am also interested in skin lighten so I read this random tip on.internet that Vitamin C helps a lot n we need atleast 1000 mg per day to see any changes. and I have been consuming it for about a month now. Initially, I noticed huge changes in my skin tone but nothing after that....I had to go out in the sun so I got tanned...and now my skin tone is still same...even after consuming all that vitamin c. I drink plenty of water...2-3 litres a day bcz of dark circles I have had since forever. I doubt my vitamin c is getting flushed out with urine. Is this possible? Please guide me on how should I consume vitamin c then and what else I can follow for skin whitening ? if our system is going to flush out the extra vit. c I consume, then will topical vit. c help ? Namarta Dhir i m from amritsar too. But i m sad after hearing ur story that u r eating oranges to look fairer. Haha. U r medical student y cant u make ur own cure and make a cream name it Fair & Oranges Cream. Put some of cream in hot water and bath with it. And u can also put the cream in ur sabzi and roti and eat it. Or u can call 8360764860.

I can't stand fermented foods. I throw up smelling it. I get sick around bananas too. I am allergic to shellfish and mushrooms also. I have Epilepsy and Grand Mal Seizures and every single time I have attempted to add mushrooms I went in to Grand Mal seizure. I had a job in prep before and almost puked just having shellfish close to me 2X. I keep kosher and have a very restricted diet. Just discovered that I am extremely deficient in both B12 and D3. Having to undergo 3 months (haven't started yet) of extremely high doses of supplements and shots. I have multiple nerve and neurological disorders

Thanks for the information mam.... My B12 level also very low 161 pg/ml. in november 2017. After that I took 5 shots of 1000mcg in the month of december and 1000 mcg 3 shots in february'18. My B12 level i checked is 1800pg/ml which due to the injection..... but still i fell headache when I work on computer and dizzness and heat palpitations and anxiety also...... can I take Magnisium supplement?.... I went to doctor 3 times with different report and she said you have nothing but anxiety and gave me heart palpitaions medicine which dont work at all....sleeping disorder also there ...please help as life is not good from last 5 months

Hey everyone my name is Cynthia in I have B12 deficiency I can't walk it to my mobility two years ago I started feeling tired my hands became numb in my feet became numb also back in forward to the Dr. Telling them something just not right I started to lose balance so I had to use a cane than walker to completely couldn't walk I had all kinda of mix feelings here I am with a 9 yes son who is my joy we did everything together he played football basketball in still do being playing for five yrs now this I call on the only man I know who could carry me through this roller coaster in I cried out Jesus come see about me I still remain with my joy in peace in I take the b12 shots the Dr says I may never be able to walk again or regain fully control of my body I stay in a coma had life support feeding tube in rates but I say thank yhu Jesus He have kept me. So please tell your loved ones in friends how important it is to get check for B12 deficiency

There can be n no of reasons for that...unless u get the blood work done ..u will never be sure and even non veggies have a lot of b12 deficiency ..and not every vegetarian is deficient .Dont assume anything .

Sorry but if one is not absorbing B-12 from a defect in the intrigent factor then taking B-12 supplements is usless a waste of time and money . What needs to be corrected is a persons stomach acid balance and fermented probiotic foods daily at meals and early in the morning when metabolism needs a boost.
