I had low iron and I immediately felt a difference when I combined vit c and iron together…my anxiety went away the same day I took both of these together. Now got to figure out why my irons so low.

When I got covid I took 500 mg. Every hour during the day that totalled 8 grams a day,I got better real fast.

@@rafael55 oil of oregano kills it off 24-72 hours for all 4 people I gave it to..but the key is making sure the carvacrol is at least 85%.. and organic pure oregano oil

Great video. I didnt know it had cognitive benefits. Some things i would like to add. Some days i take ten gram of vit c. So 2 gr is the upper limit you said but if some infection more is needed. Many times it helped me to avoid antibiotics. But at the same time high dose of vit c reduces the cupper of the body so take some cupper if needed. Another thing i want to add red meat has some vit c but in some other form so eating fresh meat will provide some. Though if one doesnt consume glucose their need for vit c get significantly reduced. Consuming more carbs will require more vit c

Some 70 to 90 percent of usual dietary intakes of ascorbic acid (30 to 180 mg/day) are absorbed; however, absorption falls to about 50 percent or less with increasing doses above 1 g/day (Kallner et al., 1979) (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK225480/). Your body can only use so much Vitamin C. After that the rest goes into the toilet.

It's a bizarre combo for Vitamin C, Vitamins B1 and B6, and lithium ascorbate. I suppose its someone's idea of how to boost something. But it seems to me that if you are using Vitamin C, a BioActive B-Complex and Lithium Orotate it would likely be more effective.

Thanks for the video. I want to ask you about ginkgo biloba but I couldn't write a comment in the related video. Does it require cycling? I read that it shouldn't be taken more than 6 months in a year. I take 120 mg twice a day. I also want to ask you about vitamins. Is it worth to buy whole food multivitamins instead of the synthetic one? Thank you once again.

I am not a fan of cycling most supplements. Because you don't get a supplement's benefit when you're not using it. That to me is simply common sense. Your question about vitamins is critically important. Because our body instantly recognizes BioActive Vitamins and Minerals as food and does not need to convert anything to get its full benefit. Synthetic vitamins are generally not converted and end up in the toilet. The only exception as far as I can tell is L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C). And unless the minerals are chelated they're basically ground up rock. And provide zero benefit. But far the best multivitamin I have used and continue to use is the Performance Lab Multi which is made using different yeasts and probiotics. @@NootropicsExpert we have in germany a dr. Who have testet around 30.000 People and a lot of them have a perfekt Level at 4g. But maybe his perfekt Level is mutch higher than the Level of other scientists. The question is what is realy the optimal boodlevel. Great advice you always give in your Channel!
