I began 6,000 IU's of Vit. D 3 in 2010 and my readings remain around 100. My D3 level at my Stage III dx was 17. I pushed my oncologist who was not a believer in D3. I read everything I could that Dr. Cedric Garland published on D3 and I added supplements until it moved up to the high normal range. I had 80% of my liver removed due to a dime sized colon cancer met 8 years ago in April and I've now been discharged, as cured, and will only have my primary test my CEA yearly. I had NO chemo after the liver resection. My original dx was Jan. 2009, Stage III. I never miss my D3 and have had no side effects. No colds, either, in 11 years!

Can i take ashwagandha 500mg and vitamin d3 5000iu at the same time daily?? My vitamin d3 result is 10.52 insufficiency. Please let me know thank you.

I take 50000 iu a week and my levels are about 67nl
