Vitamin K2 is the most vital vitamin you haven't heard much about. It is required for the proper formation of 100s of molecules and cells in your body, and for the proper storage/use of calcium. This video will tell you where to find it in your diet so your health can benefit.
Vitamin D is very important to overall health, but Vitamin D needs its buddy, Vitamin K2 to perform all its jobs optimally. Add the foods I talk about in this video to your diet and watch your health improve.

@Vincent Venturella ??? "....Proven Twice..." What on Earth would you be referring to? Dr. Berry is citing relevant research on the topic for us to check out and draw our own conclusions. I've looked at some of the studies he's cited in the past and have found that he's NOT making huge, illogical leaps, nor, in any way, misrepresenting information. BTW, I also looked you up. I'm concerned that a psychiatrist with 25 years of experience is using a generic template and a generic description of psychiatry/psychiatrist to describe your experience. It doesn't seem right to me. I do hope that Dr. Berry reports your threat to You Tube.

New subbie here! Thank you for this video and I can confirm that as a chronic stone former, K2 DOES dissolves kidney stones. I went from having 2 lithroscopies and pretty frequent painful attacks to just about none and if I do get an occasional stone because I wasnt on my K2 routine, the pain is barely noticeable. Wish I had known this from my own doctor who prescribed super high amounts of D3 without the K2 which I believe is what started the stones. So much pain I could've avoided. Smh

I'm an anticoagulation pharmacist and one thing I see often in people who need to take warfarin (blocks Vit K) is very fragile tissue. Sometimes so fragile that surgeries are not even possible anymore. It's something a surgeon can pick up on right away. We need Vit K for strong tissues.

What about people on Eliquis? Is K2 and MK7 safe if I have DVTs and am on Eliquis?
@fallingin2keto903
@fallingin2keto903 4 жыл бұрын
Eliquis works differently. It does not block Vit K. Some people are not able to use the newer anticoagulants due to various reason (long subject and I spend hours talking with people in clinic regarding their personal situation and health). Anticoagulation and the appropriate need for it is a very big discussion. It is needed for certain people and the risks and benefits always have to be weighed. I see first hand how fragile tissue becomes when someone is Vit K deficient. No one should stop taking their anticoagulant though without talking to their doctor. It's a complex subject. Listen to Dr. Berry about reducing inflammation so that hopefully you don't have to take an anticoagulant in the future.

I feel more energized and way higher libido at almost 70. TAKE at least 300mcg for best effects, and when I bumped up to 100mcg twice a day from just once, thats when my fingers stopped going numb and tingling holding things for long periods. I tell everyone I know to take K2 M7 and we will see a huge awakening on this like we did with D3. Best to say GRASS fed cheese- it has way more K2 than corn/grain fed.

WOW! All good info, thanks. I stopped eating liver just a few years ago when it began upsetting my gut. But for 60yrs I ate it without issue. But I still eat beef, bacon and ham, eggs, love the dark meat of chicken and the skin, not overly keen on the fermented cheese but I think I will be getting enough to go with my D3. 👍 And of course, I eat masses of freshly grown green leaves so I have the K1 going on as well. Just need to get them all onto the same page working for me so I get healthy. 🙄😁

Started taking K-2 Mk7 300 micrograms with D3 5000 iu and found i had lots of energy. The negative was going to bed dead tired as usual and waking up in the middle of the night wide awake. Its happened a number of times while trying this supplement combo. Its go to be the extra energy waking me up, although I know I need more sleep. I'm going to cut back to 100 micrograms of K2 and see if that makes a difference, since I'm convinced I need to take K2 daily after reading about all the positive affects from it.

i am austrian. eating liver is more common in european countries but even in austria most people would not eat it. i grew up with it. a very simple recipe : roast chicken liver in butter or lard......just 3 or 4 minutes......it should be pink and soft inside.....and very important.....add salt and pepper after it is done.....otherwise it would get dry and hard......keep it warm......roast some slices of bacon.......if you are not keto but eat some fruit.......cut an apple into very small squares and heat it in some butter, add a little water and cook the apple for some minutes......it should be a little soft........

Have learned to take a moment to feel / listen to my body as to what it wants to eat before preparing a meal. Consequently when I do eat, I feel a hunger for what is on my plate, a sense that my whole body is saying yes to the food, not just my mouth. Eggs are often the one.
