I want this sage but can’t tell how light/dark it is. Some photos look darker. Is it too much?? 😂

Can you make this in a regular Vitamix container? If so, how do you make this drink and others like it without an aero disc?

Along with aerating and making foams the AER Disc container is designed specifically to muddle ingredients to make non-blended drinks. The standard Vitamix container cannot muddle or make non-blended drinks. The blades would pulverize the ingredients and blend them together. The AER Disc uses a circular disc with holes (no blades) to muddle and mix.

I wish that my family could have a Vitamix (we have a Ninja) but it’s too expensive for a machine that might not be used often :< I’ve heard your criticisms of Ninja, and while they may be valid, I just don’t know how many people would be willing to spend so much on a blender

I absolutely understand that you feel the price based on your usage may not match but Vitamix is honestly the best-selling professional blender worldwide. People spend upwards of $1000 on a smartphone that they will replace in 2 years. Most people keep the same Vitamix for a lifetime.
