*Note - there are a couple of apps in the app store with similar names - the most obvious one was not the right one for this camera and i struggled for a bit trying to make it work. make sure you get the proper app. Once the app is installed and set up, camera install was pretty straightforward. I did get a conflicting warning about wireless strength (in an area with great signal) then it corrected itself and was happy. Camera can track on its own or, if you take manual control, you can aim the camera via the app. Can't comment yet about the effectiveness of the solar panel, however the size should be adequate to keep the camera charged if the sun cooperates. Sun exposure is limited this time of year (winter solstice)

The only thing with this one is that you need to get a storage card, but the manufacturer was very clear about the description. This solar-powered security camera is exactly as it is described! It can be installed with a wall or ceiling mount, and I love that it is waterproof! We just bought a house and I wanted a better, more expensive camera. Overall it is fairly easy to install, and the image quality upgrade is so worth it.

I use this for my elderly mom, for when she is in the yard I can check in on her, get alerts when she is outside, talk to her thru it, never have to add batteries.

I have tried several wifi camera. Charging has always been an issue, either hard wire or climb on a ladder to charge the unit. This camera is top quality, so easy to set up and the solar panel saves you from charging. The human tracking is a great feature!

We bought cameras for our front and back yard, as well as the video doorbell. The quality of the picture is amazing as well as notifications you receive! We had to contact customer service with questions and they respond quick and answer any questions we have asked! Definitely would recommend the camera and doorbell to family and friends!

Great kit that comes with everything you need to independently setup WiFi security cam with solar power. This kit comes with a Mounting base and swivel base to allow you to setup your camera both ways, which is very helpful . It was easy to setup this cam with its IOS app. It has very useful features and controls that are easy to understand. Before you install please do check your WIFI signal strength at the point you are installing camera, as that will effect your camera's performance. Highly suggested.

AOV Security Camera, 2K Continuous Recording Security Cameras Wireless Outdoor, WiFi 6, Solar-Powered, Cameras for Home Security with 360° PTZ, Auto Tracking, 512G Local Storage (not included) VIZIUUY Store I obtained the AOV camera to manage to security at a slightly remote building that does bear WiFi access. Installation was straightforward; PTZ was installed previously, so that helped. The local storage is not included but is indeed a function of the PTZ base station I already own, so no worries there. The battery/solar charging capacity was sufficient to manage to 14 hours with just 6 hours of solar exposure under test. Imagery and auto tracking are adequate. All in all a good value for money and an excellent addition to my security arrangements.
