Here’s my idea 💡. Child support should go on a government issued debit card with restrictions similar to a food stamp card that can only be spent on food. The father can have access to view the spending on the card and can request for the courts to audit it if he feels there are purchases being made that are not directly supporting the kid. Merchants would be able to opt in to support child support money, similar to how stores state that they accept debit, credit, SNAP ( food stamps ). Child support money would be another payment option for places like grocery stores, clothing stores, private schools, after school programs etc. So then they wouldn’t be able to use child support money at places like the Gucci store.

The biggest issue with men and child support is that so many men expect the court to correct the decision that they made to lay up with women who are not thinking about the kids when it comes to child support. If men chose women who were rational and reasonable, then courts would never have to get involved in the financial support of a child. Conversely, if women chose to lay with men who were also reasonable and rational, the same would be true. Courts are an imperfect system trying to make the best out of a situation where both adults involved should have made better choices.

No it's not it depends on how much money it is whether or not you're even getting it. You're getting say $600 a month for 2 children I don't think so. The cost just for them to have a bedroom each is high. You have to make enough money and give enough money for this even matter. And child support is really a state by state thing California might take you to the Ringer but other places I see people who were ordered to pay $25 a month And won't pay that.

Order to pay $25 a month h*** I know one that was married to a guy for years and guess whe refuses to pay any support to them whatsoever they can't even get $10 for a game. The child support system is messed up all the way across-the-board though. Some are getting taken to the cleaners and others are getting away with Not doing anything. And yes $25 a month!

And you have to understand every state is different. There are States that don't even go after them for child support they'll order it but they won't enforce anything. And there are people who would rather work under-the-table then pay child support. There are people whose significant other helps them to evade child support up responsibilities. I mean it's a lot going on with child support and then not to mention that when you do things state to state and they can't find him Well it is what it is.
