I forgot to mention this in my other comment. When you touched on the DND. What I have started doing is trained myself to not check my phone as soon as that notification chimes. I think it was last year or the year before, I started to feel some type of way after remembering something from my psychology course way back when, Pavlov’s classical conditioning. I’m like, we’re basically responding like the dogs in that study when we hear a bell, chime, etc. for our notifications 😩

I’m so tickled watching and listening to you about that Chick-fil-A. Jas, the food probably got cold because you’d had it about 10 minutes before eating it😂 I usually order our fries without salt and then request a salt packet at the window. That way the fries are hot and fresh. Plus I can control the amount of salt on them. The birds around here have been a pain in the ass😩 We’ve also been dealing with a dang woodpecker pecking on our roof and some of the neighbors. Damn thing starts pecking at 5am😩

So crazy you said that about the fries because that’s exactly what I do at McDonald’s now I see I got to do the same with chic fil a. While editing I was looking at my food sitting there getting cold then got the nerve to say something about the temperature😂😂 I’m my own problem sometimes.
