Panjiri Ingredients
Wheat flour -2 cups I have used
Jaggery Powder- 1 cup
Ghee - ¾ cup
Gond/ Edible Gum (consumable) - 2 tbsp

Dinka, Gund, Gaund.
Description
Edible Gum is a natural edible gum. It is white or brown in colour. It provides heat to the body and is usually eaten in cold winter months.
Almonds - handful
Charmagaz/Melon seeds - 2 tbsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Makhane/ Lotus seeds- 1 cup
You can even add cashews and Cocunut if you want.
I have added some chia seeds and flax seed powder as well. Though in authentic panjeeri recipe these things are not added.
