Fair play. I’d check where the rain water is going in my area it has to go to a soakaway not to sewage. Bonus is with a soakaway you get a surface water abatement off your water bill. 👍

Looking good. 2 storey flank and rear? Usually specify 600 width strip for 2 storey but I’m usually working with London clay which is not great soil. Should be good with simple steels, no need for portal/picture framing. Preload steels with wedges and dry-pack, prevents cracking.

Not sure if you give brewing advice. But I’ll have a go. Brewing Timothy Taylor pale ale a new by with a gf30. The water profile I’m using is Tesco ashbeck. When I’ve tried to find the real water profile of Timothy Taylor I can’t. So I’ve used brewfather and pooped in pale and says I need to add around 15g of sulphates. Is this correct. On the other hand if I use a English ale water profile it says add around 1g. Not sure what to. But you always talk about additions being important. Any advice.
