Yeah its on the list, quite an expensive proposition though even compared to the Aprilia! Has nice equipment on it though.

Oh I agree its definitely the better bike, no question! Street Triple is about 3k less overall but it didn't phase me its more paying twice the insurance premiums / fuel etc that I am weighing up for the long term.

Yeah I heard 2014 but the dealer rekons November. Though regardless I won't be waiting that long, have a very good price on one at the moment with a full race exhaust...Just have to pull the trigger on it, just so expensive to run insurance wise / fuel wise etc. Going to test ride the Street Triple first :)

i should come on your street triple test so you can jump on my T and compare back to back. either way you will get a nice bike. most of the time dealers dont know as much as you do remember.

just heard an update and the 2014 Tuono wont be out until early second quarter 2014. if its 'poke' your after then the Z1000 is not going to do it for you. the Ape with a akro has 40hp more!!! triumph could be good.

Could be a plan :) I am a little scared to ride a Tuono though as I know it will corrupt me, kick me in the balls and take my wallet all in one hit! I think everyone who has test ridden buys one lol.

so why is that a bad thing. the triple has some nice componentry but seriously the Tuono's Sachs with $700 of suspension mods and your the fastest bike in the twisties. Tuono has better engine, better electronics, better character, better refinement but i think the Triple will have better brakes. and there the same price.
