20 years later still feeling the heartbreak of being in a relationship with my ex as you were with yours, little triggers turn back the clock to those days. I just try to remember the good times and pray that she is better. Been watching you for years now and always an inspiration, joy and motivation.

The moment I read the comments about the Uprising product, I wanted to hear what you thought about it, and I'm really glad you responded to it! Never be afraid to talk about a touchy-subject conversation. We learn nothing if no one talks about things. Also, I know talking about past stuff can be really difficult, so thank you so much for doing so. I think it helps a lot of people. Keep being yourself, man! As always, I'm excited to see what you do next! HWMF! ⚒️

Sometimes that voice in the back of our minds that needs to shout that we quiet because maybe it just makes too much damn sense? Maybe I just don’t like to hear that I suck at shit and I need to reprioritize some things? I appreciate you using your platform to make me (us) think. I remember years ago when you ranted for like an hour about doing the right thing because you’re a man and people depend on you and you need to step the fuck up and do it. Seth I've been taking Kratom for years now and unfortunately it is addictive. You will have actual withdrawals when you try to stop.

Depending on your brains ability to recover from not having it for a week plus will be different for everyone. Like most substances kratom will marginally increase the dopamine and serotonin in the brain. The longer you use it the harder it will be to one day say ok I'm gonna stop. Your brain will fry. Must be careful. Same principle with caffeine. Brain altering and will definitely cause withdrawal. So please from my experience only use what works in small amounts and do not get your body dependent on things. Stress can be relieved naturally with a tea or some calming music and a brisk walk. No need to go for the kratom or anything else unless completely necessary

People did have a conversation about it in the comments! They commented on their experiences and how it's FUXED UP! The discussion was had, AND they don't agree. Friends, money, collaboration, sales, etc shouldn't be at the expense of people's health. Listen to the experiences. The community in the comments DON'T WANT IT.

Man, it doesn’t matter if you have an addictive personality or not. Kratom is addictive. If you take it every single day and stop cold turkey after a month, you’re going to have withdrawal symptoms. I promise. That being said, I agree that it has great benefits. I just don’t recommend anyone taking kratom every single day unless they are fully aware that it’s addictive.

I was literally going to leave the exact same comment. He does not understand what Kratom is. He just now heard about it and I’ve had years of experience with it thinking it was safe because it’s natural until you try to stop taking it and your body physically withdraws.

@@elex300 Caffeine and nicotine will not give you physical withdrawal symptoms that will leave you stuck in bed for 3+ days. That comparison isn’t a good one. Kratom is a plant and has plenty of good uses, but people need to know it will cause dependency just like opioids will

I'm sure it helps with pain and anxiety but from my experience dope heads use kratom to get high when they can't in fact get high like drug court clients were getting caught using it so much that drug court actually started testing for it and if you were positive you caught a vop for it so apparently it's seen as a drug that can be addicting. I myself am a recovering addict so like Seth said if you know you've had issues in the past probably should just stay away. I'm not really trying to reawake anything in me I do know that so I'll stick to ibuprofen I guess lol

I will say comparing Kratom and weed with addiction isn’t the same. Dosing is key, if your using high doses is when you get into the opioid withdrawal shit. I can tell you first hand, that said I have an addictive personality and definitely abused it. I just know I can’t fuck with it but to each is their own and everyone has to know themselves is all

I'm going to try and long story short this lol I was always a big guy "short and fat" I was about 360 lbs when I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. I ended up needing surgery to fix it and after it was all said and done I had a colostomy bag, and I had that for 4 years while I lost weight in order to get a reversal. After 4 looooong years I got down to 225ish, then we started the reversal process which was going from a colostomy to an ileostomy and a month later finally bag free. Came home from the hospital 188 pounds. About a month ago I started lifting weights again pretty regularly and now I'm 210. I'm not even close to as strong as I was before the reversal surgery. I know I need to eat more but I don't want to be fat as I was again l. I would like to have a bigger top because of all the weight i lost I have a ton of lose skin around my mid section . So I thought that would make my mid section look smaller. Should I eat more fat more carbs or both? I guess I want what we all want to be bigger not fatter lol oh also I'm 45 years old

I’m all for conversations. About pretty much anything. To me, though, that last video felt way too much like a sales pitch. To an evangelical level almost. I get it, I mean that’s the guys product but just how it felt. When you take into account it’s about a potentially addicting substance it gets touchy. I’ve never used Kratom so no clue what the truth is as far as how addicting it is. Keep up the good work though man, you look good.
