So much has changed since your video from the site exactly 1 year ago, the project seems to be moving fast (for a Nigerian project). Hopefully, after this they start work on the coastal railway, which will be the major major railway to be built.
@LieutZhuNG4 жыл бұрын
I saw Federal government already signed the contract with CCECC. The rail way in Kenya brought their government billions dollars revenue, hopefully this rail could facilitate the life of people and create more revenue for government. So they can build more.

Pls remember to make communities along the railway line happy by given them good level crossing, road and drainage. Ogba Iyo under bridge, Agbado crossing bus stop, ...,etc are disasters.

Yes, crossing, drainage and bridge were well designed

By latest news I do saw FG planned railway to South East. Every time travel to Onitsha, I took GUO transport Toyota Senna. Sometimes driver answered phone one by another really worried me, and cut off other vehicles very aggressively. I am also looking forward to a decent railway system, then I will never take bus.

Okay cool, so for your covid test, is the certificate dated with the result date or the date of when you took the test. There is lots of conflicting information online.
@LieutZhuNG4 жыл бұрын
Its a date when the sample been collected. Not the date of collecting certificate. Its kind of expensive, 50K Naira. I did it for 9K in Guangzhou.😅

When he landed in Abuja he said "no officials soliciting for bribe" he did not make such statement when he got to Kigali. In other words officials in Kigali don't collect bribes. It's likely they are well remunerated for work they do and therefore no need to collect bribe and the system they operate is against such behaviour. Not in Nigeria cos salaries paid to those officials are not enough to meet their own/that of their families. Hence, they are more inclined to collect bribes.
@LieutZhuNG4 жыл бұрын
Rwanda ranked top by corruption free in the whole world. Same level as Norway or Sweden. I have been there for couple weeks, very comfortable. In Lagos airport, at least 5 different people solicited for bribe. Underpay is not a reason to collect bribery, it’s basically undermine others, issue of integrity. Same story as me, I was not satisfied as lieutenant in army by then, just quit and find another job rather than collect bribe from subordinate.
@goldenchild13683 жыл бұрын
That happens only in Lagos.
