VLOG - CFMoto 650NK Ride Review Update

I got the nk 650 2014 some small improvements new brake reservoir new braided break lines new continental tyres no issues yet but only at 2000kms it is fast for its weight and lots of fun

Try adjusting the speedo sensor near the brake calliper

if your thinking of the new Z1000 then maybe you need to test ride the KTM1290 superduke when it lands. im thinking of getting the daytona as a track bike. took the Tuono to the track on the weekend and it was off its head.electronics baby!!

Yeah I am trying to be fair to the bike as to be honest the faults could easily be the result of the dealer / how useless they are. Its going to a different dealer next time so that should tell the story :) Hopefully the next model has a new dash with a faster update rate also and it will be on the right track :)

Yeah I imagine the Daytona would be really in its element on the track. I just heard about the KTM 1290, estimated pricing is around 25k way up there ahaha. Not sure on the Z1000 yet there aint even a proper picture yet, it looks interesting though :) Going to tease myself with some tuonos tomorrow ahaha

Hey mate, I got an NK650 last November and have done about 8000k's on it so far. I think they've fixed the engine and gearbox up on the later models, as mine doesn't seem to suffer from what you talk about on the vids. My biggest gripe is CFMoto customer service. My bike had 3 (yes, 3!!!) deformed discs, and after a whopping 2 months CFMoto only send 2 of them to the dealer who swapped them out. Then they ordered the other one, which also took a couple of months to arrive. Really, it's a great bike but this is terrible!

deepfriedmars wow that is weird, never seen the warped discs, sounds like some sort of alignment / pad issue?

I'm not sure, but I believe it was the discs themselves. I heard one other report that said they'd had similar problems. Still such an awesome value bike though.

The new 2017 model looks and goes so much better. Also the Honda cbr 500ra is $7500 new the cfmoto is $ 5990 non abs new, so the price is nowhere the same!! The Daytona is $14990 in 2017
