I feel the same when I was being intentional with my relationship with God I didn’t feel as anxious and depressed. I’m an advocate for therapy, it’s a tool but we also have to do the work. I like it up here, I’ve gone to DC and I’m going to Maryland in a couple of days. Safe travels whenever you move up here. If you live off post, Chester(better and nicer homes). Anywho, I love Filipino food too!!! My Filipina friend taught me how to make a few of their dishes to include the lumpia!! CHEFS FREAKING 💋.
