And that's okay. If it tastes really nice, that's the main thing. I can imagine that each culture & each person has different methods. Well done!!! Happy to see tea content, I drink it almost every morning. Could you recommend some Japanese brands? Your recreation of Ponyo's ramen looks fantastic! You should try making Porco Rosso's meatball spaghetti too. A trip to Ghibli Park would be good content to watch! though that might be expansive... That's an interesting way to assemble a puzzle (I always build the frame/outline first) but what's important is that it works for you. Can't wait to see it finished! Today is Monday for me, which means you already got Jump yesterday. Were the chapters good?

😮I love Natto too. The broader Natto beans were the best. Mostly I tried adding just about anything either Japanese rice or soupy noodles like udon if those people doesn’t like the stickiness or the smell of Natto by adding it to your soupy noodles it has a unique taste which I enjoyed mostly with a warm tea is the best combination 😊😂

Hi, Okashun! Right after cooking the hard boiled eggs put them in cold water with ice cubes for a few minutes. Then peel under cold running water. That should make it easier to remove the shell.

I was lucky enough to be able to visit Japan earlier this year. I tried natto beans there for the first time and now I’m obsessed! I really liked it and it is so good for digestion 😊 I was very happy to find out i can buy them in the UK from one shop. It’s expensive, but totally worth it 😆

Buongiorno, Okashun! Thank you for this great video. I loved all the food, especially the carbonara. You managed not to scramble the eggs, which is so important. You are right, Italy has such rich culinary heritage! -- I am yet to try natto but, as I love fermented foods, I'm sure I'l like it. I celebrated my birthday recently and my friends gave me a bottle of Shinshu Kirei sake; do you know this brand? I also received a sake drinking set -- a carafe and 4 cups, really lovely. If you want to make something Nordic (Finland, Sweden etc.) you should try to make meatballs with smashed potatoes. We usually have it with lingonberry puree but I don't know if you have that kind of things sold in Japan ☺️
