Hi Sean from New Brunswick. we have an Indian summer here now, but the snow will be here in another few weeks. no doubt you're very brave to get back on that bike after falling off. I mean let's face it at your age. you know spring chicken balance can be an issue but more power to you. take care

I heard that you were getting a bit of an Indian summer. Those always were the best part of the fall before the snow hits and stays. When I comes to getting back on the bike, I'm a tenacious man and regardless of my age, I would want to try again. I'm glad that I've taken my time to get over my gears. It's much better now.

@@FrugalWanderer I haven't been able to ride a two-wheel bike in years now. once I had my heart attack and I got my stents put in I was put on two types of blood pressure medication and it affected my balance. in the last 6 months I've been on the carnivore diet lost 30 lb. got rid of my blood pressure medication. feeling good. 100% in every way. all I eat is meat and the odd time. little bit of vegetable. I do cheat once in awhile but the meat is getting more and more expensive is more people get on the bandwagon. so all I basically eat is the cheapest hamburger but I find it keeps me full and it keeps me healthy. and that's the main thing. I'm quite a bit older than you so something you have to consider at some point
@FrugalWandererАй бұрын
@@WendDesaulniers I'm glad that you have found a solution. I know quite a few people that have had good results with carnivore. I don't think I could do it. I am not a fan of super restrictive diets. I was vegan for two years and it was great at the time but I was getting bored of it and started to crave variety. I couldn't imagine how expensive that diet is there. Even as a regular diet, the food was getting out of hand before I left.

I like to relax and live at province because everything is cheaper and good air with nature.

Hopefully, moving is easy peasy in the Kingdom. I am about to move from a house that we live in for 30 years. 30 truckloads and 60 more to go… very tired…

Hey sean take care of your health for sure. I bet your moving to vientnam

Haha. Heading to Dalat is very tempting, but I'm staying in Cambodia. I will be heading back to Vietnam for a few months next year when the heat gets out of control again.

That's great news re move and getting the bike transported at a very reasonable price. Nice one Sean
@FrugalWandererАй бұрын
I was shocked with the cost. It was way more reasonable than I expected and I love the idea of shipping your vehicle to your new home so that you don't have to worry about it.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I appreciate it more than you know. I am taking the time to heal, but just wanted to share that I get that the Channel isn't growing at the moment. I'm not worried. It will all start up again once I'm able to make regular content again.

Ooh. Now that's a thought. Haha. Funny enough though. Fried chicken isn't as popular as I thought it would be here. In Thailand, it was everywhere.

@FrugalWandererАй бұрын
There is a service if you are Canadian called Fongo. It's free and it gives you a VoIP phone number that you can maintain for calling. You can add text to it for a price. To keep it active you have to use the number every now and again. If you are in the states, I do not know.
