Love the vlog!! Be mindful with naproxen, I had to take it for my arthritis and my doctor warned me that it’s really hard on the system long term so don’t over do it. Also love the workout part of the video and would love to see more of what you do in that aspect of life 😃

I’ve been using HiBar as well (the Volumizing set and a Maintain shampoo bar for extra greasy days), and I really love it too! I have fine, wavy/curly 2b/2c, low porosity, for anyone who cares. Heads-up though, the shampoo bars go way faster than the conditioner bars.
