I love this, thank you for coming out and talking about what actually goes in to this and your journey to get there. I had a sleeve in August 2020 not because I hated myself but because that was the right decision for me and my health and I deserved better for myself. Honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done and it’s such a personal choice. So much goes in to making sure it’s the right decision for you and I wish you every success. I don’t envy being where you are in your journey right now but it gets so much better!

Oh my gosh!! Wow! Watching this, our experiences were very similar. The shower thing! I remember the first shower after my surgery and I remember it being just as exhausting as you described. I also cried too. The exhaustion after this surgery is unreal!! Ice lollies helped me a lot in the first month. Ice lollies, just made of water. It really helped me to not drink too fast but stay hydrated. You're doing great. You will have bad days where you think ...what have I done? But don't be hard on yourself, honestly it is so worth it. 5 years since my op and i've managed to lose 8 stone and keep it off.

He was my surgeon too. I had my surgery on 29th Nov and the first solid food I had was mushed christmas lunch. Advice to take it easy xx

If you put the flowers in a book so they are pressed then hey won’t fall apart and you can frame them or whatever.or you can tie them and hang them upside down and frame them in a wide picture frame but the petals may fall off sooner but looks beautiful in a shadowbox frame.so happy for you! Thank you for sharing this it was good to see a different approach to this. The milk diet you were on is so different to the one I was put on but they both really worked. I can't believe you can have fruit juice that's a big no no on my program lol. Its going to be good to see what you can and can't eat going forward. @@TallySharp I commented on your video before this one. I just started watching you a few months ago and absolutely adore you!! 3 years ago to the day I had Gastric Bypass. Been through a lot and it's definitely not easy at all but I would go theough everything from these past 3 years all over again if I had to. It takes a strong person to do what you did. AND be in public eye while doing it. I honestly wish I would have vlogged everything. Yes definitely should do a Q & A!! Even if people don't have a lot of questions straight out, You could clear up a lot of misconceptions or negative thoughts others may have. And I know I'm just another viewer but if you want to talk or ask anything just let me know!!! It still is hard every day I have to make mindful decisions. But it's a process!!!
