had the exact same jaw prob in Nov on the left side too... but it’s gone now! my doc said today it was from clenching in mah sleep and stress. try TMJ massage and jaw realignment exercises, those helped me out :) also warm towel on the jaw before sleep is good. feel better!

YOU'RE AN ANGEL! I went to the dentist and he said it was def because of stress. I'm in the middle of finals so go figure lol. I got a night guard and am taking ibuprofen but I'll definitely try out your suggestions so thank you!!
