Let me tell you Jenn, I watched a 75 yr old woman paint her very large entire kitchen cabinets & it took her a whole month. She filmed each day starting with the prep & continuing until she was done. It came out gorgeous. I am 58 yrs old & she was my inspiration to paint a long buffet cabinet & my kitchen table. It took me several weeks because honestly, some days I did not feel like painting however when I finished it all came out looking gorgeous. Yes, you will get better at painting as you go along. I saved a lot of money but most of all I got my confidence that I can do anything once I put my mind to it. You will do just fine.

To hang your wreath, just add a Command Hook behind the mirror at the top, or on top of the mirror if there is not enough clearance behind. But place the Command Hook UPSIDE DOWN so you can put the wreath's hanger on the hook. You can do this with cabinet doors and regular doors and at the top of windows (near the latch). Hope this helps.

Love the bookshelves in the bedroom. And the new color will help them blend into the wall. Couldn't help but notice what looked like a little paint on the neck of your purple top. A tip: turn your clothes inside out when painting.

Hi Jen- Your house is looking great. I liked your idea of putting your Christmas wreath on your round mirror. It would look great. You could loop a ribbon around the frame, then pull the ribbon to the back of the mirror and attach with painters tape. Easy to remove after Christmas and no extra holes in the wall.

One of the games I play on my cell phone is Paint by Numbers by Better Life. Each daily picture has a quote. Started playing it in October. Some recent ones quote were " No mind, however loving, could bear to see plainly into the recesses of another's mind. ", "Seek freedom and become captive to your desires. Seek discipline and find your liberty." , "If you carry your childhood with you, you'll never become older." , and "Life: It is about the gift, not the package it comes in."

I have to pause to go back to work but first....I picked up 6 of those hand lotions. I’m going to pair one with a Sephora hand mask as a gift for my neighbors. Thanks for the suggestion. Consider putting the wreath over the mirror in your dinner room. You can loop a ribbon around the wreath to hang it if that makes sense. I put one over my entryway mirror years ago and ended up leaving it up year round. But mine is made from little round, shiny cranberry ball thingys....lol...not full force Christmas. Okay, I’ll be back later.❤️

Jen: I"ll just be painting shelves for the rest of the evening. Jen (five million years later): Alright, done with painting! Girl, I chalk painted a hutch like i had shared just earlier, and it took me WEEKS to get it done. I too was convinced that one little jar would do it, but had to buy more and it was not cheap (because of the $22 ridiculous shipping I had to pay both times!). But, it looks great but My husband and I are watching the painting part of this video and we had such a laugh (not at you btw) but just remembering our experience. It looks great so far, really!!!!

I used Dixie Belle paint to paint a vintage hutch over the summer ... and OMG it was a nightmare at first because the white kept yellowing because the stain on the furniture as well as the cigar residue (it was a true vintage piece yo). I also bought the special chalk paint brush and ended up using a Wooster brush... my husband (to my dismay) dumped the paint into a paint sprayer... I used a foam roller.... We used shellac.... Then Zinser 123.... and more and more layers of chalk paint. I nearly cried. Long story short.... it is beautiful and I love the aesthetic of my refinished hutch. Not sure why I wanted to share that.... I haven't even gotten to the part of the video where you actually paint your shelves.... I'll see that shortly I suppose!

How else should it be? He doesn’t deserve a crown for doing what’s right. Alimony and child support are court ordered for a reason. You can’t marry a women, expect her not to work and to run a household, but then when you get divorced leave her with nothing.

The situations where couples decide one stays home for whatever reasons. I’m not going to fight with petty women on here. I’m a struggling single mom who’s ex owes $12,000 in back child support. I work 60 hours a week as a nurse to stay afloat. I’d much rather be in her situation. Men don’t deserve accolades for doing the right thing.

Vlogging on your phone was perfect the camera was great. I use my camera quite often to vlog too and I really like how easy it is however recording sideways was something to get used to lol. hmm...I am wondering if you could use a clear command hook to hold your wreath over the mirror? But I have been burnt by those command strips before--they say they hold a certain weight and then in the middle of the night you hear a big "bang" which scares the life out of you and it is your thing you hung that has fallen down.

No I don’t use a bathmat in my tub but I do have one in my kids snd I rinse and take it out to air dry after each time they take a bath to help keep it clean
