Just thought I would mention to you that every time you mention background noise when you are recording, I can't speak for others, but personally, I don't hear anything in the background. I can hear your voice clearly, though you have a soft voice, so the mic is not picking it up as much as you think. You really looked frustrated about the noise - but I think only you can hear it clearly. Also - I have heard you speak of Kabucha (not sure of the spelling) and I have seen it in the stores, but never tried it. I'm not even sure what it is. If you are looking for some content for a future video recording - I would love to know more about it and how you make it. Très chouette blog Chloé =) J'ai quelques petites questions concernant le Kombucha.... - La deuxième fermentation tu mets les bouteilles directement au frigo? Tu ne les laisse pas fermenter dans un placard? Et du coup si tu les mets direct au frigo est ce que tes kombucha pétillent assez et sont pas trop sucré? Combien de temps les laisse tu ? - Lors de la 1ère fermentation met tu ton bocal dans un placcard à l'abri de la lumière ou non ? - Si tu infuses ton kobucha par ex. citron et gingembre tu dois ajouter du sucre pour qu'il fermente? et est-ce que tu filtres ensuite ton kombucha? Naavrée pour toutes ces questions...Belle journée
