Hey Kylie, running store worker here; be wary of training with running shoes that have a carbon plate (in the case of adidas, carbon rods). While the carbon is phenomenal for propulsion and making you go faster, everyday training in them can be detrimental rather than beneficial. Typically you want to use carbon plated shoes for those fast runs, races, long runs that mimic marathon conditions, etc. when doing a slow, neutral, and recovery run the carbon plate will make your legs want to go fast when they’re trying to go easy and so your body and muscles are fighting the shoes rather than working with them. Something to keep in mind, hopefully this helps. Love your videos ! ( Adidas Boston and Takumi are a carbon-less version of the Prime ).

Piece of advice woman to woman, keep getting Brazilian waxes consistently AND EXFOLIATE. EXFOLIATE EXFOLIATE DOWN THERE. I dry brush, it just works the best imo! Otherwise you will have ingrowns. Save yourself the pain 🥲🫶🏼🫶🏼
