I don't no if the translation it's good, but it seems you have some rust in your tiles. You can try a natural way, and put white vinegar on it. Put half water and half white vinegar in a bottle with sprayer, and leave to act overnight. Afterwards you can use a little baking soda which you put all over the floor and rub with your brush and rinse. The smell of vinegar is quite strong, but if it doesn't bother you....after googling I'm sure you'll find other methods.

In Tokyo, the rent is similar ($500~$800 for rent alone) . In Nagasaki, there are many old and vacant houses in the sloping areas, so I can rent one very cheaply :)

Try baking soda mixed with dishwashing liquid in a bucket of water to get rid of rust on your tiles. You will need a stiff brush. Or try white vinegar. Hope it works for you.
