What i do when i am anxious, is i make everything that i am worried about known to God, i mean He already knows everything, but when i pray to Jesus, i put everything into His merciful hands and i trust that He is going to take care of us. I also read the Bible and often am amazed at how some verses speaks to me personally right about the situation that i am anxious about, be it health or being anxious about the future and so on.

Hi Annie, I would love to hear more about how you structure your day, your week, your month… what are the moving parts you take into consideration? What tasks do you group together in the same day? I’m a double Virgo and I adore all things structuring 💕 I’d totally watch a 30min video you talking only on that one topic!

I love scheduling my lagree classes a week ahead! I also go to accupuncture twice a month to help reset my nervous system. Dry brushing, Gua sha a few times a week and taking a nice bath on Sundays. These are all little things to get me through the winter and support my mental health.

Having a toddler and being at home 24/7 taking care of him is mentally challenging sometimes. As you mentioned, I also try to see the positive side of it, time flies by and these moments will never come back. During the week we also go outside a lot, do some exercise during nap and stick to a good sleep schedule. I try to go outside without the family once a week, just take some time for myself, watch a movie in the cinema, drink a good cup of coffee, talk to other grown-ups about any other topic, just disconnect a bit. 🙈

I love your videos Annie! And what you shared in the beginning gave me an idea/ kind ask for a future video: can you please share with us, to the level you are comfortable of course, how you are managing your finances as a woman and also how you are managing your finances as a couple when it comes to saving, financial decisions etc? I love your perspective and I believe I can learn a lot from that. Thank you in any case ❤ love your videos, energy, business and family!

Going to the pool is a really nice time. A hot tub and infered sauna feel great. It's so nice like a little vacation. There are nice pools in some places, that are salt water types to kill bacteria not loads of chlorine. Swimming is an all body work out, you feel like new for a week, then go again. I wear Columbia swim runners in the pool and shower, no bare feet...then shower.

I’m lying in bed not able to get to sleep due to jet lag…3 weeks in California and we returned to our home in Scotland last night. It is cold, windy, rainy and grey the opposite of the mild sunshine and surf vibes we were living. It’s actually our first time away at this time of year which we were able to do as we homeschool now. My husband and my kids are all very down and crying a lot, however I choose to look at the positive side of it. We get to live the seasons, nature is sleeping just now and will soon be in all its green splendour. We are so lucky to have a beautiful home, be able to go away on holiday, have a fridge full of food and a warm cosy home to come back to…we saw a lot of homelessness in California which I imagine will be a lot due to mental health problems. Sending ❤️ to everyone who is feeling the winter blues
