Your cooking concoctions always make me hungry and try just mixing things up in the pan. My least favorite chore though is dicing and cutting veggies. Can you do a video on that? Shortcuts? Advice?

Some tips that I use because I don’t like cutting either : Buy frozen veggies that are already cut, do some meal preap on sunday to batch cut all the vegetables of the week at one time (put music or podcast to make time fly by), use good quality knives and take a look at professional chefs on how they cut (they usually have a special technique depending on the veggie that makes it faster and easier).
