Hi Sis, I hope it makes you feel better to know that you are not the only 1 who suffers with pain. I have aches from my hands, lower back, buttocks, legs to the bottom of my feet. When it’s cloudy and raining I suffer bad & the only thing that soothes me is a hot bath with Dead Sea salt or a massage. I buy natural herbs from a friend, brain & nerve pills(1 in the morning and 1 at night) consistently it helps. I have experienced that pain weighs you down & makes you tired. I see in your eyes that you are tired. In life, GOD is 1st, then you & when your obedient and you do right GOD will do the rest. Take care of yourself Sis🙏😇💙
